Is There a New Diet Coming Out?
There's going to be a book called The Fastest Diet that's coming out first in Australia next September and then hopefully in about a year or so in the US. It really looks more at the effects of time-restricted eating for health. But with that being said, I stopped using intimate and fasting and started using a more ancestral-like feeding pattern because we really look back to hunter-gatherers.
