Conversation Design

Conversations have a place, conqua natural placeis physical. Can you imagine half of the conversations we have at work without a white board? One person talking is half of a human's cognitive capacity. And so if we have bad turn taking patterns, or turn taking rituals, it gets chaotic and our brains shut down. I don't think there's a human alive who can resist checking themselves out when they can walk past a shop window. We just do that with conversation design.
