How to Lose Fat and Build Muscle

If you're taking caffeine or other stimulants, that will suppress your hunger. If you want to lose fat and build muscle workout, sprint, lift weights,. Don't do cardio except to warm up, but don't do like prolonged cardio. The main exercises should be anaerobic. High intensity interval training (HIIT) stimulates the body to build muscle. For men, it will increase testosterone, increase growth hormone, decrease cortisol. Cardio on the other hand does the opposite. So if I am working out a lot and I'm pushing myself, why my hunger really doubles and I can't get enough in one meal. And so I have to eat twice a day. Right?
