How Famous Names Reduced Churn Rate
Ali: Our main KPI was consideration. We needed more people to actually consider us as a brand. It was actually quite amazing how quickly that went up. We basically doubled the acquisition goal, like you said before, drastically reduced churn. And I think the third thing that was really great about famous names was that we increased the revenue per customer.
