Shake Shack was born out of an eye-catching piece of public art in New York's Madison Square Park by the artist, Naveen Raland-Chai-Cool named I Heart Taxi. Danny sought as an opportunity to put his theory of enlightened hospitality to the test. Can hospitality actually be expressed in something as mundane as a hot dog? It came up with the idea of serving Chicago hot dogs, which I love,. But not only do I love them, but they have eight classic toppings. And I wanted to test if we could remember Susie's the woman that likes everything except neon relish, reads the guy that like everything except mustard.
