The Importance of Variability in Crossfit

I think three to four weeks is optimal. Because a it allows us to train but be it's enough variability where they're not going to get stale mentally. Yes, could they make results if they did it longer probably. But I don't care about that because I care about their compliance I care about will they stick to it. The psychological component of someone from crossfit is used to constant variability. They're used to bearing their warm ups like they don't even do the same warm up twice. So if that is the mindset then, you know, usually a good amount of time. After three weeks I'm ready ready for a change and so are many other people who work with me
