How to Make Walking a Habit

Make it fun, make it interesting, put it into your schedule. Create structure in your day so that it gets done by putting your walking shoes by the front door or adopting a dog or pay a friend to go walking with you. Whatever you need to create structure and accountability to improve the chances of you remembering it is what you need to do to get this habit started. Once it becomes a habit, you will stop thinking about it. You'll just do it. And then the next thing you know, you might actually start working out too. That's what happened with me. I am the person I am today because I started walking.
