"I've been on crutches from leg da. Do tosorni," Jeff says of his training regime. "It's crazy how where i get that's som tom platchet right there." He does a pyramid warm up for the dead lifts, and then also a pyramid warm-up for the bench press. The workout is usually about 90 minutes per workout - but it can be longer if you're working up to heavy loads.
