Do You Have a Seasonal Effective Disorder?
If you suspect that you do have seasonal effective disorder, then you can track your moods. I measure my mood using bipolar UK's mood scale of 0 to 10. The green bits in the middle are what we would call euthymic, so normal mood. The top bits go into the yellow and the red or if you are hypomanic or manic - which you probably won't be. But if you do have lower mood, you can see your numbers literally get lower in the winter. And try and introduce more of those positive triggers in July. That's easier than avoiding things. Those are my evidence-based top tips, because I haven't got it, I'm afraid.
