The Benefits of a 10-Day Cycle

The seven-day cycle was obviously culturally infused on our brains and on our workloads. If you can get away from it, if you can go to a different cycle, it might be 14 days or 10 days then it sometimes is easier to manage. That's what ended up happening with my daughter as we found out that seven days, she was trying to squeeze too much into seven days. But when we just changed her calendar, went to 10, actually went down to nine eventually, it allowed her to get into a sustainable rhythm. She said it started to flow, the training process started to flow for her, is what she has told me.
