Blue Book thought leaders has a strap line that says capture package and deliver your ideas. You could summarize this as tell, show, ask. When you're telling people stuff, you're making a point and then sharing concrete examples. But when you're asking people stuff, it's the exact opposite. So, in fact, the content comes from the market when you're in a facilitation mode or an asky mode.
