The Importance of Self Care in ADHD
I started like four in the morning. I go into late nine. That's exactly what it is. It's literally the only explanation for that. Is that you're not effective. There isn't a single other explanation. But yeah, we see it all the time and the productivity drops if you don't take rates. If you do 13 hours, you can't keep that up. So you put a activity drops, you start to self blame and that happens in ADHD adults and even more so in women because of their gender. And this is where self care is generous to yourself again. Because if you take breaks that are meaningful, you'll actually be more productive,. but committing to anything
