How to Balance Time and Product Readyness in Rome
How do you balance the time, the sort of like right time to put customers on the product with product readiness? You mentioned that you had this alpha that there were a couple folks that were interested. How did you know like, okay, the product is actually ready to be used by these folks versus we're not there yet? Well, I think that's a little bit of an intuitive thing. There's no exact kind of like you hit this milestone. And then you know, as we've gone are our vision for what Rome can be has expanded.
