In general, the general american diet likes protein in breakfast. Breakfast is the only time that you really have to make a decision of sleep versus food. The longer you wait to eat, the more you go sleep. It might mean you have to get up 15 minutes early. Ah, and then we try to give guys protein shakes a pretty dang often. I mean, especially righ when they're done with the court. And ah, the science says, like, the timing of that pri isn't that relevant depending on when your last meal was.
