How to Retain Your Guard in a Dogfight

There's three ways that you can attempt to retain your guard. Number one is when your opponent's force vector is coming at you. Usually this means you frame against them and you hip escape. Or you try to go for a dogfight or something. Third approach is you focus on keeping your elbow knee connection. Those are kind of the three ways that I find you can defend against any incoming pass attempt.
