The bacterial spores are the most natural form of probiotics because they're ubiquitous in the environment, rightly? They're found everywhere. Even three to five million years ago, we had a high abundance of these strains in the environment. To me, one of the biggest things we're doing wrong to day is we've divorced ourselves from those organisms,. We now live in concrete jungles and sterile environments. We don't get microbes with our food any more. And that is a huge difference in how our microbium works, right?
