The Idea of Time Blocking

The idea is about being intentional with a certain block of time if that means 30 minutes. When you put in more than 100 percent effort today that's not coming from nowhere that's an energy loan from your future self and so the way that I kind of see my whole like big burnout was like oh yeah like the first 25 years of my life where I worked constantly like that was borrowing work hours for my future self. There's also a lot of dopamine as well in the hustle culture for people who might be trying to make that transition or even picking well maybe it's you.
