I Don't Hang Up the Phone, I Answer the Phone and I Answer the Forum

I get calls every day from people for one reason or another and I don't hang up on anybody. You know, if it's something that, you know, I'm not going to, here's one thing I won't do. Somebody calls me up with a question that should be posted on the forum. Read the book, call me. All that shit's in the book. It happens once a week. But so it's just a matter of what best use the time.
