What Are Your Key Workouts for the Middle Distance?

Early on, like the speed endurance session, like 800 meters would be 120 meter reps, OTM on the minute. Then we go to studying the pace. So an example of that is say three sets of three times 300 meters at target race pace for the 800 on the two minute. And then you take like six to 10 minutes rest in between the sets so lots and lots and lots.
