Mindfulness is listening to the body. It's like actively connecting your brain to your body. And you get to discharge the pain. If we're able to just open up and go in there, you instantly had pain relief in your shoulders. You could have just as easily, probably less easily, gone and got a massage or taken an ibuprofen or rubbed on them really hard,.
