Building a Mantra
When someone's thinking about building out their own mantra, I think we spoke about this on the very first time we discussed. So let's look at why mantras work and how you could come up with your own. A mantra is basically a sentence, a word, a term that you deem to be personal and important to you but also elicits a behavioral response which is key. It's not, it's not a motivational banner that we just sort of say over and over again. It's something that we know or we deem to be important to us and has the ability to elicit a behavioral response. You will actually, if you use correctly, generate an improvement in behavior using a mantra
