Are There Some Mistakes That You See With Affleets?

Hip drop is something i always like, you lose a lot of energy there if your palpite is not stable. There are other things, for example, like arm swing. I think the main issue is often that they want to prove themselves when they come into the squat and they want to show their qualities. And so it's aye a bit of looking what's really important for the stride or not. It's sometimes hard, specially with the boys, sometimes they like to have the hard sessions and the grime together. But we try to get out of tem like, really focus on communication and like, eh, that thing. Ye.
