How to Teach the Single Leg RDL

So you put the foot on the wall and I feel like that gives them con or another form of like ground contact in a way to help with kind of kinesthetic awareness. They're close to the wall, which I want them to push their rear end back towards the wall there horizontally. That's getting your posterior chain taught. And you need that sucker taught because otherwise stuff's going to start collapsing and now we are in the L spine. Right now we're in the T-screen for whatever.
