What's the Design and Development Process?

Before going live, there is inevitably the design and build process. So we've gone through proof of concept. We've gone through this big data kind of analysis process. Once we have identified the relevant topics, like intents that we want to create, then why are we doing the training? And again, because once you are designing and creating the copy and the content, one of the challenges is validation. There are a lot of different people or teams that we need to get involved so that the content is finally approved.
