The Benefits of Fermentation for Your Health

The fermentation unlocks nutrients, pre-digest food and makes nutrients much more bioavailable for us. And then there's the live bacteria themselves which I think in our current context are arguably the most profound benefit of least ferments that haven't been heated after their fermentation. So a lot of the foods which are most notorious for people having various intolerances and sensitivities are vastly improved by the process of fermentation.
