John Defterios: As a leader, you had to have the answers. He says it's not too tough managing a functional organization but when you get into a senior leadership role and see your bosses looking at you now is humbling. What he found is that we have to senior leadership positions become learners. And so become a learner, which means you have to constantly get outside your comfort zone.
