They're communicating their internal things on a public medium on Twitter. Tony is doing the exact same thing he's building in public and he has been building in public for a long time too. He says it's just a fundamental attitude that you're treating business ideas like cattle - not pets. She says if Peter levels had labeled himself as "no mid list," he would have missed out on opportunities.
