I was following quite a few people on Instagram, like you guys. I actually got in touch with Andy Bryant and started following him and another couple of like barefoot physios around Australia. And there was one particular thing on Instagram that said, if your physio is recommending this for rehab and listed like a load of exercises, then that's probably not the best thing to actually build up strength in your foot. So it allowed me to integrate really focused training onto my feet. It wasn't something I could just jump on the soulmate and suddenly balance.
