How to Build Action Capacity for Volleyball

The million dollar question kind of comes down to like, what action capacity is the right one? Right? So if I increase my action capacity to hinge or move laterally that isn't necessarily going to help me in my sports skill. One of the things that we'll design here is to kind of put them in some non-traditional movements. We do some crawling, some swinging, the swinging's actually been really fun for the girls because it's just new. It's like kind of brings them back to being a kid.
