How to Rotate Through Heavy Bench Press
I try to rotate through heavy bench press. I did a lot of straight arm like strict gymnastics work in the off season. And another cool thing like for coaches out there that maybe you have some masters athletes, you could do that without a lot of bench press. You could do dip variations. It takes up 15 minutes once a week.
