Is There Anyone Who Would Not Recommend Creatinine?

With the sine medications, creatine will precipitously increase creatinine. For people that are on higher doses of creatine, occasionally it can be helpful to take more than five grams a day. Melatonin and magnesium is certainly interesting from a variety of different perspectives. Most people don't get enough magnesium or potassium in their diet. If you do get enough potassium in your diet, but your magnesium is low, you have persistently low potassiums. Huberman: Is there anyone who you would not recommend take creatine? I don't think so.
