The Importance of Feeling Better

Feeling better is a relatively poor metric of anything except feelings. If you do want to see how a supplement is affecting performance we can't just even look at today's performance not just how you feel in it. You're probably gonna have to be consistent with that supplement for weeks and then judge the overall performance of all of those weeks relative to when you weren't taking it. That's still not a perfect experiment but at least it's better right?
