I was just stupid doing strong man training. I went through years of not having any issues or symptoms. And now i'm 36, getting old,. and i'm having these silly problems where i want to get back on the jem and o dont let the house. The most important thing you can do with tat injury is to keep the whole trunk strong. You got to have strong ebbs. You ot have strong low back. You have to squat and deadly.
