Hyper Extensions
I like the higher raps on hyper on the hyper extensions. When iwas doing sets of ten in the hypers, i always felt good. I find it to be a very vitalizing, refreshing thing for me to do. So look up bret contraris, see what he recommends, and then whatever he says, i agree. And when you say round back, i'm wondering if, axually, you and i are saying the same thing. But, you know, sometimes words get in the way.
