The Scale of the Support for Ukraine
We have supported and as the Europeans have, including pacifist Germany. The scale of the support has been phenomenal. I think it was a good decision to back Ukraine without widening the war. This is not a world war. We don't have American boys and girls being killed at scale. It's better to have friends who are rich and smart and have really good tech companies and other companies. And are there when you're in trouble or vice versa. So it can be done. But it feels to me as though it would be of the scale of Harry Truman in the 1950s with the Marshall Plan.
