What Is the Fatal Pinch?
Most people are not familiar with this term, which is called the fatal pinch. If you raised a bunch of money and your growth is less than 10% month on month, no one's going to give you more money. Don't under price charge enough so that it supports your cap. You should be on your way to at least break even. The problem with not focusing on default alive is you have not figured out the business model. Losing customers because you can't provide the integrations they need doesn't make sense.
