I think for me a lot of the time It's really good to listen because my brain is always talking and I'm always talking Sometimes it's just great to just hear somebody else's life come at me And I can put all of my problems back into a box and go there you go brain. You see just shut up just shut up That's interesting. I wonder that's maybe to some extent like contrast with depression and anxietythat maybe that's a way in which they're different. For me when I'm at my most depressed, I really want to just get rid of Information and just yeah have all of these things I'm worrying about I'll say them out loud They won't sound
