Bruce Gilly, a colleague of Peter Bergotians at Portland State, wrote a paper titled Case for Colonialism. He cited almost exclusively African scholars who made a robust case that colonialism had negative effects as well as positives. When this came out, when it was accepted, peer reviewed, accepted, published, they went nuts on the journal and tried to get his PhD taken away from him. That's inclusion in practice. It looks like sensitivity readers. I know a gay writer who told me he had to have a gay sensitivity reader to make sure he didn't say any anti-gay stuff. You're going to have forced retractions of academic papers that espouse non-inclusive ideas
