Using Food to Practice Your Values

When I sit down to a meal, one of my favorite things to do is to say, okay, what, what sounds good or like, what's convenient or available? So some values I care about with food are like, I care that it's tasty. And so how can you use food to practice your values? Well, I just said how balance plays into my life in other areas that aren't food,. But you know, sometimes I'm like, I've just worked a long day and I noticed that like, deep in my soul, I want to get more stuff done.
