I don't focus on a hit sort of routine. I can comfortably keep it around one, one 50 a for pretty much most of that ride. So i'm pretty happy with that yet. And if i had trouble going to sleep, i literally put a guided meditation on and do resonant breathing for 15 or 20 breaths, and i literally drop off to sleep straightway. It's nice to have that. Switche well, that's a great routine. A and you know that the fasted are in the morning. ye, sounds like you're compressing it towards the middle of the day. Lae, the middle. Ye. That's anothers na spineshit
