Do You Have a Habit That Helps You Sleep?

I tell people to make this like brushing your teeth hmm I like it brush your teeth as a matter of course at a certain time of day and you don't really think about it. but I've had other people say they when they did it right forbid it helped them sleep gotcha okay one of the things this does by the way is it kind of obliterates people's sleep problems. People that have sleep problems stop having sleep problems after a while doing this so I do think it's a good idea to have a routine to do it the same time as much as you can every day.
