Are There Any Slack Rituals or Channels That Might Be of Use to the Ambassadors?
In terms of the actual Slack instance that you've built for the ambassador program, are there any rituals or channels or things you do in there? Yeah, so we do some standard things like having weekly threads around what did you do last weekend or sharing your pets or plants. And those are really fun to just get a glimpse of these people's lives. In terms of the feedback side, it's more just us trying to figure out ways to respond to that and show that we care and we're listening.
