The Role of Exercise Variety in Getting Stronger

There have only been two studies that addressed this. One showed increased strength, improved improvement in one r m with increased exercise variation and the other showed no change. The shorter the study period is, the more likely a very specific, hyper specific, low exercise variety sort of approach is likely to work. If it's not doing any worse in short term, imagine what it's going to do in a long term.
