Cross Country Training

The best athletes in endurance spend a lot of their time at an intensity that's below the first lack take turnpoint. And then there is quite a bit of training at above the lactate threshold, and very little at the threshold,. So it was clear, like a nike swish, if you were to draw a curve, there was a clear ne in the in the zone two area where there just wasn't much of that happening. That's why i coin the term polarized training model.
