Howard's first memo was published on october twelfth, 19 90. He never intended to do this on a regular basis. Everything changed when the internet came along. i would get responses from far off places and people to whom i hadn't sent it. I hear from people in africa and latin america and asia. And it's very exciting to know that i'm touching people around the world and maybe influencing them.
