It took a long time, and it takes an intense level of expertise from your legal cpa t members. And it takes a high degree of co ordination with the other party. So i would not recommend this in a scenari in which the seller and the sellers broker were not competent. However, if you're in the case of there's mutual benefit, and the seller wants some addition tax savings, then i would absolutely recommend exploring it. It doesn't come at small price. You know, you hire a lot of advisers, and they cost a lot more than the usual billable rates. But, ah, it could be a pathway, potentially, for some people. A k
