The Importance of Listening to Your Body's Sensation

Many people are so deeply conditioned mentally and with painful emotions and associations, their actual relationship with their sensory system is already distorted in the unconscious background. So I say what I want you to do is suspend all thoughts, feelings or judgments about the water and pay attention to what your body has to say. Even if you're only in there for 10 seconds, you'll just get off and dry off and everything will be hunky dory. And 99% of the time, they look at me in about a minute or less and go, wow, my body's really loving this feeling.
