How to Get Buy-in for Engineering Onboarding Programs
Peloton is hiring a ton of engineers while we were going through this wild hyper growth phase. And there was a lot of kind of pain points that engineers were running into. We found a problem and a pain point that will love engineering leaders were feeling because they were getting their engineering managers and their new hires or if they were a new leader like they understood how painful the onboarding process was. I think starting small, showing value can really help you do that so I think it's super important to start with those first couple early metrics on time at first and 10th.
