Teaching at a challenging school can set you on the path of looking at other ways of doing things. I imagine if I'd gone into kind of a great school, everything was working smoothly, I probably wouldn't have been as eager to question or to think about things as much. So that's certainly got me thinking about how to do things better. And then actually, you're turning my look at the success for teachers and going, well, actually, when they're doing things when people are not looking, they're not really doing that either.
