How to Maintain Strength in a Strength Program
Nealey's numbers are staying really solid and we're training once every five days I'll test pushing it out to every six days because whatever it takes to maintain that level of strength through a performance phase I want to do the least we can possibly do. When we get complaints about the lack of specifics in some of our programs I'll say you know it's four to six weeks do this series of ten sessions well you might only need four weeks to get through those ten sessions where another athlete might need six to get through them. It is really variable and the more the more specific the more difficult it is to fit that with lots and lots of athletes yeah.
